If it’s your first time at Three Notch Dental, we will introduce ourselves and give you a tour of the space! Then, we’ll perform a comprehensive exam and keep an eye out for any dental issues. Your teeth and gums will be cleaned to remove harmful plaque and bacteria that cause cavities and gum disease. Next, Dr. Seisman will take x-rays, if necessary, and discuss your dental health needs. You’ll have all the time you need to ask any questions and go over all of your treatment options.
To ensure that you visit is as smooth and efficient as possible, there are a few things you should bring with you. If you have dental insurance, bring any pertinent information along with you. If it is your first time visiting Three Notch Dental, download a new patient form below to ensure that we have all the background details we need about your dental health.
